Crisp mornings and sunny afternoons. Corn mazes, apple presses, leaves, and blankets by the fire. It’s fall, and we are celebrating! This blend showcases everything we love about this time of year. On one hand the blend is familiar and welcoming, and yet it has just enough brightness to keep it interesting and dynamic. We built this blend to be accomodating of multiple brew styles. As a drip or filter coffee it is mild and smooth, with just a hint of modern acidity. As an espresso, the acidity moves a little more to the forefront, making an excellent and balanced straight shot, or as a base for a creamy cappuccino.
