There is something wonderful and nostalgic about a roaster absolutely nailing a dark roast blend. While many of our coffees tend to lean more toward the lighter end of the roast spectrum, with King Tide we have fully embraced the bold, heavy, and smoky flavors we all love. This blend utilizes two different coffees which rotate seasonally. Our current iteration focuses on a sweet and jammy molasses flavor from one coffee, and a darker, more robust Cacau note from another coffee. Both coffees are roasted into second crack to emphasize their heavy body and lingering aftertaste that will bring you back time and time again. This coffee works great for espresso and is still fantastic as a filter coffee, especially if you like to add a bit of milk to your beverages.
