We are receiving this coffee from Keffa Coffee, our partners for Ethiopian lots. They have been working with Assefa for almost 15 years! His teams' dedication to quality at every stage of the process is what helps set their coffees apart and is why Daye Bensa has become a household name for people that know and love Ethiopian specialty coffee. This lot is an exemplary one showcasing the best of what we're hoping to find in a classic washed Ethiopian coffee. We get loads of jasmine and citrus, with honey sweetness and prominent earl grey tea notes through the finish. Not only is this great as espresso or drip, it also makes one of our favorite iced coffees.
