In 2007 we set out to create our flagship blend, and we wanted it to hit all the right notes. We source coffees from all over the globe specifically for this blend. We build the foundation of our company around it, serving it in our cafes as our house espresso blend. Delirium encompasses everything we love about special coffee. It is approachable and comfortable, yet dynamic and complex. It is the perfect balance of modern, light roasted coffees centered on acidity, and more developed roasts that focus on heavier chocolate and nutty flavors. This blend has something for everyone, whether brewed as drip or espresso, served straight or with milk.
