This blend takes inspiration from our flagship blend and ramps it up with the most exclusive and exotic coffees we have available. We formed this blend to compete in the annual Golden Bean roasting competition- the largest roasting competition in the world. We specifically formed this blend to be featured in milk, roasting each element a little longer to help develop and caramelize the sugars further, helping the coffee to punch through. The result is a blend that isn't just great in milk, and not even just as espresso, but is delicious prepared any way you could dream. Expect fruit forward flavors of guava, fig, and kiwi, with sweetness reminiscent of pomegranate molasses, and fortified with sweet milk chocolate and caramelized honey notes.
