Masala Chai

Our hand crafted, secret recipe blend of top grade teas and spices. An exotic blend of eight different traditional Indian spices combined with Darjeeling and Assam tea.

(Basic Recipe)
1 Bag (100g) Compass Masala Chai
112 grams Brown Sugar
56 grams Honey

Combine ingredients into 1 half gallon of boiling water and allow to steep for approximately 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh or cloth filter, then refrigerate.

We combine the mixture with milk at a 50/50 ratio. Start there and adjust to your personal preference.

A warm, soothing tea when prepared as a hot beverage or you can try it iced for a refreshing warm weather treat!
