Brothers Oscar and Christian Schaps founded Los Caballitos in 2005. Located high in the mountains in an isolated area known for it’s indigenous culture and beautiful landscape known as the Ixil Triangle between Barrillas, Huehuetenango and Quiche. The farm’s workers come from neighboring aldeas (villages) scattered among the regions steep hills.
