- 0:00-1:00 pour 50ml and allow to bloom
- 1:00-1:15 bring to 150ml
- 1:15-1:30 pause
- 1:30-2:00 bring to 300ml
- 2:00-2:30 pause
- 2:30-2:45 bring to 400ml
- 2:45-3:00 pause
- 3:00-3:30 bring to 475ml
- 3:30-3:45 pause
- 3:45-4:15 bring to 550ml
- at 4:45 pull the filter. Your brew should yield 400ml. Use the total brew time and 400ml yield to determine whether or not you need to adjust your grind.
